All rights including copyright and database rights are owned by Trafficmaster Plc. In accessing the site, payment of your subscription represents your personal licence to the Trafficmaster traffic information. No unauthorised broadcast or other public use of the information, together with copying, is permitted without prior written agreement from Trafficmaster Plc.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any access of this site and any associated sites, irrespective of the country of issue.

Trafficmaster Plc reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes on-line. It is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these changes on accessing the site.

In accessing this site you do so on the understanding that the content is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

If you breach these terms and conditions, we have the right at our sole discretion to suspend or cancel your account without notice or refund, or to block access to the relevant services applied for.

Safety

The use of all information supplied via this web site or its associated services must be used in a safe environment. If used when driving a motor vehicle the relevant services should only be used in a safe manner to you and other road users. If using a mobile telephone to access information it must be used in a safe manner and with a hands free kit when operating a motor vehicle.

Accuracy of information

Trafficmasters' nationwide traffic network has been designed to supply live, dynamic accurate traffic information and we endeavour to ensure that all information on the web site, is as accurate as possible. However, as Trafficmaster Plc relies on third party telecommunication service providers the accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Payments

If you have subscribed to this service you subscribe on a quarterly or annual basis via a credit card on an automatic basis. All payments will be taken in advance of the service. Please note that no invoices or receipts will be sent if you sign for this method of payment. Any payments made quarterly will be taken on or just after the same date every three months after the date you first subscribed. For annual payments they will be taken on the day, or just after, each year on the day you first subscribed. Please note that payments will be automatically taken as described above regardless of whether your credit card expires after the day of subscribing. Should your card be cancelled or any payment be declined you will be required to unsubscribe and re enter your new card details before you can gain access to the information. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the dates payments will be taken from your account.

All payments must be made via MasterCard or Visa credit cards only.

You can cancel this agreement at any time by writing to the address below, however, no refunds can be given once a payment has been processed. Please note that registration offline can only be done on an annual recurring basis.

You are asked to ensure that any passwords set up by you to access the information on this site must not be passed on to any other person whom you do not wish to use the service on your behalf.

Trafficmaster Plc is not responsible for any financial loss or other incidental or consequential damage arising out of the use of, inability to use, or accuracy of this service. This includes damage to property and, to the extent permitted by law, damages for personal injury and death.

The purchaser expressly acknowledges that operation of the airtime services that supply the information on traffic congestion may from time to time be adversely affected by physical features such as buildings, underpasses, atmospheric conditions and other causes of interference beyond the control of Trafficmaster Plc. Trafficmaster Plc will not be liable to the subscriber for any loss or damage incurred.

Trafficmaster Plc or its associated companies does not warrant that the use of this site will be uninterrupted and cannot warrant that this web site or any web sites linked to it and any servers associated with this web site are free from viruses or any other harmful elements.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
